Just bought this watch through Amazon and turned up within a few days, the usual delivery efficiency.



It really is a fantastic basic watch and well worth the money. OK, it may not be considered the most fashionable by some, but it really does do the job that it was meant to do, tell the time and date. I can see it without glasses although I need them for reading, computer, etc. and it's waterproof too, unless you are going deep sea diving! The expandable bracelet is a boon. No fiddling with fasteners,clasps,etc. when you need to take it off (for the deep sea diving of course).





There are lots of cheaper, so called fashionable watches around; all cluttered up with functions you don't need most of the time and correspondingly cluttered small digital LCD displays that you can't easily read unless you use the backlight. Reading the time is difficult and setting up/using the functions can be a nightmare on them. None of that nonsense with this; you've just got to unwrap it and put it on. It even came set to the right time and date, although of course you can adjust these if necessary.



It really is a good basic watch by a reputable manufaturer. ( LORUS are part of SEIKO, a well established watch maker.) It is well worth the money and looks and feels great with good build quality.
